We’re based in Castle Hill, so most of that is within half an hour.
No. There’s no call-out fee and no charge to quote. You’ll have a fixed price before we start any work, and that price doesn’t change once we’re on the job.
Yes, 24 hours a day for genuine emergencies — burst pipes, no water, sewage backing up inside the house, gas leaks and major hot water failures. A person answers the phone rather than a message service.
Our workmanship, for the service life of the work, for as long as you own the property. If something we installed or repaired fails because of how we did the work, we come back and fix it at no charge. “Lifetime” means the life of the job rather than anybody’s lifetime — a reline is covered for as long as a reline should last. Parts and appliances are covered by their own manufacturer warranties, which we’ll register for you.
Yes. We hold current NSW plumbing and gasfitting licences and full public liability insurance. Every gas and hot water installation we complete is lodged with NSW Fair Trading and you receive a copy of the compliance certificate.
For urgent work, usually the same day — often within a couple of hours. We’re a local business based in Castle Hill, not a dispatcher sending whoever happens to be free, so the person who answers the phone knows how far away the van actually is.
